What an amazing start of the year We have family

What an amazing start of the year

We have family , friends and some of us new jobs. Today I am really sick but I'm grateful for all the things happening around me.

I'm learning , I'm growing it , I'm enjoying it ... ❤️

One year apart 🥲 I can't believe in the first

One year apart 🥲

I can't believe in the first video I looked happier than in the last one however I was in deep depression when baby was 3 months old.

In both videos I am very happy at the moment , this park made me so so happy it gave me energy... the music , the lights , my husband!

However now at 14 months postpartum I'm enjoying the process as never before, even though Clara is having her first tantrums 🫠 I am enjoying her trying to talk to me, following instructions, and learning new skills, it is just so beautiful.

Being a mom is just the best thing that happened to me! You forget everything bad that happened before.

I had very bad postpartum depression but God protected me to stay with Clara and my husband to enjoy life ❤️ the life that I am enjoying now

Yes, we do not watch Netflix until 1 am 😅 (we are going to be in bed by 9 pm now 😅),we are not having a quiet meal anymore, or able to go to a coffee shop together, not able to play volleyball together but ... I would not change it, there is a place and time for everything and we enjoyed for many years, now I'm enjoying this time of my life.

Now we are planning our future maybe we will be able to do these things in the future, we are bringing our parents to visit some days maybe to stay and I think it might change everything. Now it is just the 2 of us so it is difficult but worth it.

#Postpartum thought me: *I can continue dreaming

#Postpartum thought me:

*I can continue dreaming (I stopped dreaming on having many good things and I decided this week to change that )
*One step at a time and I will be fine
*Any intrusive thoughts can be converted into positive actions with visualization and journaling
*I can get good things for me, my family, and especially my baby.
*Marriage really is tested at this time, be patient, things will get better
*Talk, talk ,talk to my partner openly will make my life easier
*I was very hard on my body, I pushed too much and I mentally broke down
*After 1 year of having my baby , I can say thing is the best decision we made in our life : I am sleeping better, our marriage changed 100% to a better marriage , I am better different person, my body came back to what it used to, and I am enjoying every second of my daughter

Thank you God for this 2023 , full of challenges but full of growing

I am so happy that I was able to make this mural a

I am so happy that I was able to make this mural at @cabanacoastfurniture a luxury outdoor furniture design studio located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

I felt amazing to create this piece of art and the whole process was so enjoyable!

The owner made so many good suggestions and have such a good taste , the workers of Cabana Coast helped me with whatever I need it in order to succeed with this project but the best part was that I felt it was team work all the time, they moved furniture so I could move easily, helped me clean, some gave suggestions about the design, I got delicious coffee from them ...ok! I LOVED IT ❤️

Did you know I am from the Andes 🥰? Yes , I'm from a beautiful small City called San Cristóbal in Venezuela. I used to live very close to the border with Colombia. Colombia tierra querida

This mural made me so happy, at the end of the day the boy who will see this mural every day called me to thank me 😭😭😭🥹🥹🥹 his mom and dad were so kind ❤️

It made me so happy to see his emotions and how he wanted to touch the mom and loved the starts 🥹🥹
