Here are my published books

I am thrilled to share with you the journals and coloring books I have created over the past few months. They took a lot of effort and time, and I am very proud to share them with you.

COLOURING BOOK

 

I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder years ago. created these illustrations while I was trying different medications, which as you can imagine, are very strong and can be harmful if not taken in the correct dosage. One of my symptoms was the urge to move my hand really fast while crying, yelling, smiling, running, etc.

Drawing helped me to calm down during these difficult moments. The repetition involved in drawing each dog also helped me to relax. I completed over 60 illustrations and I haven’t create another piece like this, coinciding with my decision to stop taking the medication at that moment. Thanks to this experience this books was born!

I have a beautiful daughter who was born in 2022. I experienced postpartum depression after giving birth, but thanks to the steps I took in therapy, I started to feel better. As a way to track my progress, I decided to create a journal based on the steps my therapist recommended. This included tracking things such as my moods, identifying friends and family members I could talk to, setting goals, and more. This journal was helpful to me, and I hope that it can help others who may be going through a similar experience.

As a mother, I am trying to get organized and meet my friends, however I feel like I’m somewhat antisocial because my priorities are my husband, baby, and work. I really want to meet people, but my busy schedule doesn’t allow much time for socializing. Additionally, I thought “Mommy brain” would only affect me for a few months, but it has become a significant part of my life. So, I needed something to help me remember my daily tasks and activities. Fortunately, there are many apps available that can help me achieve this goal, and I love using them! I’m also an app designer, but staring at screens all day makes me feel worse. So, I’m trying to encourage myself to write more, and I hope it can help you too.
